Free Shipping on all orders in the contiguous USA ...(NO FREE SHIPPING DURING SALES)
Shipping time: 2-3 weeks as all sandals are made to order
We ship internationally via USPS or DHL
Duties/Tariffs are not included in the shipping cost and buyer is responsible for these fees
What is your return policy?
We value each and every one of our Mystique women and want you to be over the moon with your purchase. If you are under the moon, we expect to hear from you within 14 days.
You may return your order for a full refund within 14 days.
Only items that have been purchased through www.shopmystique.com can be returned using our instructions.
All refunds do not include shipping fees. Customers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. Exceptions will be made for defective items only
*In the event the return is made due to defective items, or wrong item has been shipped, Mystique will reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the merchandise back.
In order to receive a reimbursement, customers MUST ship the merchandise back either standard mail or UPS GROUND. All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
All returns MUST be in new and unused condition in original packaging, including original box.
If in any case the sandals are in a slightly used condition, Mystique will charge a 15% restocking fee. This means... marks on the bottom of the shoe or on the sole, etc. This policy is nonnegotiable.
Invoice # and Billing Name must appear on the Return/Exchange Form.

Customer pays for shipping costs back to Mystique unless shoes are received in damaged condition.
