For the health and safety of our incredible teams both near and far, we are following the mandatory shutdowns and isolation periods. Please note that we are still processing your orders but there will be a delay in lead times and shipment due to the COVID-19 health crisis. 

As the situation is rapidly changing, we will be sure to keep our customers informed and up-to-date as to any revised shipping timelines or delays. 

Please note, due to the delay in lead times, we have an in-stock selection of sandals available to ship immediately that we will be updating weekly. If you do not see your size available, we have sold out. But feel free to reach out so we can get your order custom made for you. 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

U.S. Shipping 

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders in the contiguous USA. Accessory items have $5 shipping charges. Orders are not shipped partially. We offer Free shipping on complete orders. If you'd like to expedite any items from your order, there will be an extra charge. 

We ship domestically via FedEx Ground. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be handmade. If you need to expedite your shipping once we have received your sandals to our warehouse, please contact us at 323-584-9941 or sales@shopmystique.com

International Shipping

We offer $35.00 flat rate international shipping!

We ship internationally via FedEx 

Duties/Taxes are NOT included in the shipping cost and you are responsible for these fees when your order arrives into your country

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order it is being handmade. If you need to expedite your shipping once we have received your order, please contact us at 323-584-9941 or sales@shopmystique.com

 

Returns & Exchanges 

We value each and every one of our Mystique women and want you to be over the moon with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund within 14 business days from the date you receive your order. $12 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping cost. Exchanges may also be made within 14 business days.

 

U.S. Returns:

If you are making a return and/or exchange from the United States, please visit our RETURNS PORTAL to start your return/exchange request. 

If you are making a return, a $12.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you are making an exchange, shipping both ways will be free of charge.

To make a RETURN through our portal:

  1. Enter the order # and email address associated with your order.  *We ONLY accept returns through our portal*
  2. Indicate the reason for your return and select *refund*
  3. If your return request has been approved, we will email you a prepaid FedEx label to send back your package
  4. Please use the FedEx label provided, put it on the box, and take it to your local FedEx store
  5. A return shipping fee of $12.00 will be deducted from your refund

To make an EXCHANGE through our portal:

  1. Enter the order # and email address associated with your order. *We ONLY accept exchanges on unworn products, within 14 days of receipt*
  2. Indicate the style and/or size you would like to exchange for.
  3. If your exchange request has been approved, we will email you a FREE prepaid FedEx label to send back your package. 
  4. Please use the FedEx label provided, put it on the box, and take it to your local FedEx store
  5. We do not charge a return postage fee for exchanges. If you are exchanging for an item of greater value, we will be in contact with you for the balance due
  6. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your exchanged item to be made

 

International Returns:

At this time, we cannot provide return labels for international orders. You are responsible for the fees of sending back your items through the courier of your choice. Mystique will not refund you for these shipping fees. 

For refunds, Mystique will NOT reimburse you for the shipping charges both ways as well as the duties/ taxes you incurred. 

If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the fees you incur when sending back your items using the courier of your choice. Once the exchange has been made, Mystique will ship the exchange back to you free of charge. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your exchanged item to be made

Qualifications for Returns/Exchanges:

Only items that have been purchased through our website are eligible for a return/exchange. You have up to 14 days to send back your order. There will be a 25% restocking fee for returns that are not mailed out before the 14 days return window if you have received a return label through our return portal. Returns made outside of our return portal that are postmarked past the 14 day return window will not be accepted.

All returns must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.

*If you ordered a Final Sale item (custom wedge styles, or custom colors, etc) you are unable to make a return or exchange as this item is final sale.

*If you have already exchanged the item and are still not happy with the exchange and would like to exchange it for another item, the item can only be exchanged for a product we have in stock.

*If you purchased an item from our Accessories collection and need to return it for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for mailing it back.

*If you purchased our sandals from one of our retailers and need to make a return/exchange, please contact them directly.

*If you choose to send your item(s) back to us with your own label and not the one provided by Mystique, we will not reimburse you for the charges you incur.
