What is our shipping policy?

Free Shipping on all orders in the contiguous USA ...(NO FREE SHIPPING DURING SALES)

Shipping time: 2-3 weeks as all sandals are handmade & made to order

International Shipping? 

Mystique offers $25.00 flat rate international shipping!

We ship internationally via DHL or FedEx

Duties/Tariffs are not included in the shipping cost and customer is responsible for these fees.

What is your return policy?

We value each and every one of our Mystique women and want you to be over the moon with your purchase. If you are under the moon, we expect to hear from you within 14 days.

You may return your order for a full refund within 14 days.

Only items that have been purchased through www.shopmystique.com can be returned using our instructions.

All refunds do not include shipping fees. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Exceptions will be made for defective items only

In order to receive a reimbursement, customers MUST ship the merchandise back either standard mail or UPS GROUND. All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

All returns MUST be in new and unused condition in original packaging, including original box. If you ordered a *final sale* item (custom wedge styles, or custom colors) you CANNOT under any circumstances return them since these styles are custom made especially for you.

*In the event the return is made due to defective items, or wrong item has been shipped, Mystique will reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the merchandise back.

Invoice # and Billing Name must appear on the Return/Exchange Form.

If you no longer have a copy of your invoice or Return/Exchange Form and wish to obtain one, please request one by emailing:

 *If you purchased our sandals from one of our retailers and not through our website, please contact them in regards to any damages or repairs*

Return Policy During BOGO Promotions:

The purchase of 2 pairs of shoes is what qualifies you for the BOGO promotion.

You will be charged the full price of the item you decide to keep if either one is returned. 

International Returns:

Customer pays for shipping costs back to Mystique unless shoes are received in damaged condition.
